Northwest Soccer Officials Logo

As a soccer referee in Washington state, the organizations and community that I work with are important to me. South King County Soccer Referee Association was rebranding to Northwest Soccer Officials (NSO) and needed a logo for their new identity, so I developed a mark for them.

The Project

Process Overview

Our brand strategy process began with discussions of the organization’s goals, desired perception, and types of logo implementation. We then did a competitive audit and presented a style overview that showcased our findings and some basic proposed design concepts.

With a design concept decided, we explored options for the logo. After defining  multiple options for styles and strengths, we decided to pursue an emblem logo that included a lettermark for the organization.

03.

Over an iterative process, the logo was finalized. We delivered a full logo file package that included vector files and image files of various sizes for the many applications of the new logo.
